3.5t Driver – 2 Person Crew

About the role

We are looking for a reliable 3.5‑tonne driver to join DX Network Services as part of a two‑person crew delivering parcels and freight across the North West of England. You will operate customer‑liveried vehicles, ensuring timely, safe deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to multiple customer premises on a multi‑drop route, meeting Service Level Agreements.
• Operate the vehicle safely and in full compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle paperwork as required.
• Build rapport with customers, resolve delivery issues on the spot, and represent the DX brand positively.
• Assist your crew partner with loading, unloading and vehicle checks.

Required profile

• Friendly, hard‑working attitude with a passion for getting things done.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the North West region and ability to navigate using maps.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work as part of a two‑person team.

Required skills

• Valid UK driving licence for 3.5‑tonne vehicles (Category C). Additional licences (C+E) are a plus.
