About the role
We are seeking experienced 3.5 tonne drivers to join a waste and recycling operation based in Tunbridge Wells. The role involves daily collections, supporting a partner driver, and delivering reliable service across the South East.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and transport general waste and recycling materials on scheduled routes.
- Work alongside a fellow driver to ensure efficient collections.
- Adhere to a 06:30 start time and an average 10‑hour working day, Monday‑Friday (weekend availability).
- Take overtime and bank‑holiday work as required.
Required profile
- Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks and manual handling.
- Mature, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Full UK driving licence appropriate for a 3.5t vehicle.

- Competitive hourly rates: £14.24 (Mon‑Fri), £17.28 (weekends), £28.49 (bank holidays).
