3.5T Van Driver – London Deliveries

About the role

We are looking for an experienced 3.5T driver to join our team in New Addington, delivering and collecting goods across London and the surrounding areas. The role offers a fast‑start, temporary‑to‑permanent arrangement with a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and collections throughout London and nearby locations.
• Complete multi‑drop routes according to planned schedules.
• Load and unload the company van safely and securely.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, proof of delivery (POD) and vehicle records.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service at each stop.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organised and roadworthy.
• Follow all road‑safety, transport and company procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points.
• Previous experience as a van, delivery, multi‑drop, courier or 3.5T driver.
• Good knowledge of London and surrounding road networks.
• Strong time‑management and route‑planning abilities.
• Physically fit for loading and unloading goods.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
