About the role
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Recruiter to join our fast‑paced recruitment team within the Commercial Division. You will build relationships, manage client interactions and support admin staff in finding the right opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and drivers
- Source, screen and register admin staff
- Manage bookings and ensure staff availability
- Conduct compliance checks and keep accurate records
- Develop new business opportunities in the commercial sector
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support
Required profile
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably with a commercial desk
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Target‑driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
