About the role

Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to develop and manage a European desk focused on engineering and renewable energy markets. You will work across multiple European territories, building long‑term client relationships and delivering specialist talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business across European engineering or energy markets.
• Build and maintain a specialist client portfolio across Europe.
• Act as a consultative partner on cross‑border hiring and workforce needs.
• Headhunt and engage specialist technical candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Design and execute a European market strategy.
• Foster long‑term relationships with international clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a 360 or sales‑driven recruitment role.
• Strong business development and international client engagement skills.
• Consultative, relationship‑led approach to recruitment.
• Commercially driven and motivated by performance and earnings.
• Ability to build credibility with clients across diverse European markets.
• Interest in international recruitment and cross‑border opportunities.
