Job Description

This permanent role is based in Filton (Bristol Area) and requires BPSS and Export Control security clearance. How you will contribute to the team

• Lead and structure strategic, trans‑national, cross‑functional projects (budgets > €1 m) with internal teams, software providers and solution integrators across Europe and India.
• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from set‑up to delivery and hand‑over, overseeing time, cost, resources and quality.
• Drive performance and risk management through milestone tracking, phase reviews, contractual configuration and change management.
• Take full responsibility for project budgets, preparing justification dossiers and defending budgets during the yearly OP process.
• Travel approximately once a month for business purposes.

About you

• Proven experience in project or programme management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Airbus processes and the PLM domain is desirable.
• Ability to lead complex projects from conception to retirement and deliver results.
• Capability to drive improvement and innovation within a complex environment.
