4D Planner – Digital Construction Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a 4D Planner to join a leading digital consultancy working on the UK’s most complex infrastructure programmes. You will use cutting‑edge 4D simulation tools to rehearse construction sequences before they reach the site, supporting project teams with visual, data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D planning models for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Validate construction sequencing by integrating BIM models with Primavera schedules.
• Run simulations using Navisworks or Synchro Pro to identify clashes and optimise workflows.
• Produce AI‑enabled reports and visualisations for multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and project controls specialists.

Required profile

• Background in BIM, digital engineering or construction planning.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Hands‑on use of 4D simulation tools such as Navisworks or Synchro Pro.
• Experience on infrastructure or large construction projects.
• Motivation to grow within a forward‑thinking consultancy environment.
