About the role
Join the Royal Mail logistics team in Peterborough as a 7.5 Tonne Driver. You will work on a 7‑day operation delivering mail and parcels, with the flexibility to choose full‑time or part‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail and parcels from distribution centres across the region.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑journey vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload vehicles, handling light hand‑ball duties as required.
- Provide a professional, reliable service to customers at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience driving 7.5 tonne vehicles.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
- Reliable and professional work approach.
Required skills
- Operation of 7.5 tonne HGVs.
- Driver CPC knowledge.
- Digital tachograph usage.
