7.5t Driver – Multi‑Drop Delivery Role

About the role

We are looking for a reliable 7.5t driver to join DX’s delivery team in South West England. You will operate a multi‑drop route, transporting customers’ products safely and providing a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Represent DX professionally at all times.
• Drive vehicles safely, complying with legal and company requirements.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects immediately.
• Scan all products using DX scanning equipment.
• Load deliveries safely and manage routing to meet premium and timed deliveries.
• Use appropriate PPE and ensure equipment is in good order.
• Report any delivery or on‑road issues to the traffic office promptly.
• Handle customer interactions politely and resolve issues effectively.
• Carry out collections according to instructions and schedules.

Required profile

• Hold a C1 (or higher) licence with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points and no driving bans.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
