AAT Tutor – Accounting (Level 3-4)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced AAT Tutor to deliver Level 3 and Level 4 AAT programmes to learners in a flexible hybrid setting. You will support students in achieving finance and accounting qualifications through both face‑to‑face and remote sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured AAT lessons in line with awarding body standards.
- Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Manage learner caseloads, set targets and drive engagement and retention.
- Support employer engagement, information, advice and guidance (IAG) sessions and recruitment activities.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in finance and at least Level 3 AAT qualification, with progression to Level 4.
- One to two years’ experience in teaching, training or assessment.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication, organisational and coaching abilities.
