ABAP AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ABAP engineer to build the AI layer that powers the world’s most complex SAP environments. The role spans ABAP development, AI agent creation, and influencing product direction while working closely with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ABAP connector that integrates SAP systems with the Conduct platform.
• Design and implement AI agents that automate ABAP development tasks.
• Shape product direction by providing technical insight and feedback from customer engagements.
• Collaborate with customers to understand edge cases, constraints, and complex enterprise requirements.
• Contribute to the broader engineering stack, including frontend and backend components.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on ABAP and SAP development experience.
• Deep understanding of SAP data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules and enhancement frameworks.
• Experience working on large‑scale SAP implementations or migrations.
• Enthusiasm for extending work beyond ABAP into AI, backend, and frontend technologies.
• Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts and a focus on production‑grade code.
