AC Supervisor / Future Division Lead – Up to £65k

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious AC Supervisor who will remain hands‑on while progressing towards leading our Air Conditioning division. The role splits roughly 80 % of time on‑site carrying out maintenance, fault finding and installations and 20 % on supervisory and commercial duties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air‑conditioning systems.
• Perform reactive repairs, fault finding and replacements.
• Install new air‑conditioning equipment and manage replacement projects.
• Deliver small‑scale works and oversee project delivery.
• Survey sites, price works and manage customer expectations.
• Support and mentor engineers as the division expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior air‑conditioning engineer or supervisor.
• Commercially minded with ambition to grow into a division‑lead role.
• Willingness to stay technically involved while taking on leadership responsibilities.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage project profitability.
