ACA Graduate Trainee – Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency & Blockchain

About the role

This is a full‑time graduate trainee position based in London’s West End, offering a pathway to become a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW ACA) while specialising in digital assets, cryptocurrency and blockchain. You will work with high‑growth crypto‑native businesses and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving financial technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work towards the ICAEW ACA qualification while supporting audit, accounting and advisory projects for crypto and digital‑asset clients.
• Analyse transactions across complex blockchain networks and help solve emerging accounting challenges.
• Use data and analytics to understand digital‑asset activity and support clients with regulatory and operational issues.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, automation and process improvements.
• Build technical knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, accounting and audit.

Required profile

• STEM, finance, accounting, economics or analytical degree with strong academic performance.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain and financial innovation.
• Curiosity, quick learning ability and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and commercial awareness.
