Academic Notetaker – Support Students at University of Bristol

About the role

Randstad Student Support is seeking reliable Academic Notetakers to assist students with disabilities at the University of Bristol. You will attend lectures, seminars and group sessions, producing accurate notes that enable learners to fully engage with their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, legible handwritten notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials and group tasks.
• Review and format notes after each session to ensure they are accessible for the student.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the student, respecting confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with Randstad to address individual student needs and follow university policies.

Required profile

• Neat handwriting and the ability to produce presentable notes.
• Good typing speed, accurate spelling and grammar.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work quickly under time constraints.
• Strong organisational skills; experience supporting learners with disabilities is a plus.
