About the role
Randstad Student Support is seeking reliable Academic Notetakers to assist university students with disabilities by providing accurate lecture notes. The role involves attending lectures, seminars and group tasks at Queen Mary University of London and other campuses, and delivering notes in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
- Attend lectures, seminars and tutorials and produce clear, legible handwritten notes.
- Review and format notes after each session to ensure accessibility for the student.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with Randstad to address individual student needs and resolve any concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Neat handwriting and ability to produce presentable notes.
- Good typing skills and accurate spelling and grammar.
- Punctual, reliable and able to work quickly under time constraints.
- Strong organisational abilities; experience with learning difficulties is a plus.
