Accommodation Support Officer – Fixed Term

About the role

Join Seetec as an Accommodation Support Officer on a fixed‑term contract until February 2027. You will work with adult male participants, either in custody at HMP Channings Wood or living in the community, helping them secure stable housing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and conduct initial housing assessments.
• Develop personalised accommodation plans in partnership with probation practitioners.
• Guide participants through housing applications, decisions and rights.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Empathetic, resilient and able to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a criminal‑justice environment.
