Account Director – Social & Creative

About the role

We are seeking an Account Director who loves building client relationships, shaping great social‑first work, and making things happen. You will act as the trusted partner for a major international client, leading social strategy and delivery across the European market. This hybrid role combines client leadership, project delivery, commercial thinking and creative ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and become the go‑to trusted advisor.
• Lead social‑first campaigns from brief through delivery.
• Guide creative and specialist teams to produce their best work.
• Coordinate freelancers, specialists and agency partners for seamless execution.
• Identify growth opportunities and add value for the client.
• Run reviews, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Keep projects, budgets and resources on track.
• Champion quality and ensure every piece of work meets high standards.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Strong experience in agency client services or account management.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Understanding of social media, content and creative production.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing budgets and scope.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused and enjoys coaching others.
