Account Executive – B2B SaaS Sales

About the role

Sterling Technology, a subsidiary of TransPerfect, is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS provider of virtual data room solutions. The Account Executive will strengthen client relationships and generate new business across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and close new business.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of Sterling’s capabilities, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Generate leads and build new client relationships through cold calling, internet research, networking events and direct marketing.
• Promote Sterling’s services by educating clients and presenting solutions in one‑on‑one, group, online and in‑person meetings.
• Provide customer support, manage expectations and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Quote, manage and bill projects daily, coordinating with production teams.
• Communicate professionally at all seniority levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience or strong interest in the M&A space.
• Proven track record in sales or a client‑facing role.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills, both in‑person and online.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage tasks and work effectively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn, embrace challenges and drive success.
