Account Executive – ClimateTech & Renewable Energy

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing ClimateTech company that provides renewable energy and solar solutions to data centres and large commercial properties. As an Account Executive you will work directly with the founder to convert warm, high‑value opportunities into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signature for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Engage senior stakeholders across sustainability, facilities, energy, operations and executive teams.
• Develop and execute a repeatable sales process to support rapid commercial growth.
• Maintain and progress warm leads generated by the demand‑generation function.
• Collaborate with the founder and internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales with long sales cycles.
• Background in renewable energy, solar, ESG, sustainability, energy management, facilities or related sectors.
• Commercially driven, highly organised and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Ability to build relationships, navigate objections and close deals.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

What we offer

• Salary £45,000‑£60,000 per year plus uncapped OTE.
