Account Executive – East of England

About the role

Join Gallagher’s East of England team as an Account Executive, driving growth and managing a high‑performing portfolio. You will work in a collaborative environment that blends the scale of a global organisation with a local, relationship‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for existing clients, gathering information and negotiating terms to secure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain and expand your book of business by identifying new opportunities and acting on them.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers to access competitive solutions.
• Collaborate with internal placement, claims, risk management, and servicing teams to deliver comprehensive client support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Director or senior sales professional in the commercial mid‑market.
• Demonstrated ability to add value to high‑performing teams and drive portfolio growth.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on client and broker engagement.
