Account Executive – FM Technology (Remote, £65k+ OTE)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to sell a patented FM technology solution. The role is home‑based with regular field visits across the UK, focusing on aggressive new‑business acquisition and full‑cycle sales into major facilities‑management organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑value facilities‑management accounts.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to key prospects and customers.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s IPO preparation.
• Collaborate with internal mentors and product teams to tailor solutions.

Required profile

• Proven B2B “hunter” sales track record with a strong focus on closing.
• Dominant, influential and persuasive personality (DiSC D or ENTP type).
• Quick‑thinking, highly communicative and comfortable solving complex challenges.
• Experience selling into facilities‑management organisations is a plus.
