Account Executive – High Earnings & Long‑Term Incentive

About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established insurance brokerage that is entering a rapid growth phase. As an Account Executive you will build and manage a portfolio of clients, generate new business and benefit from a unique long‑term incentive that rewards the value of your book.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective insurance clients across the UK.
• Identify and close new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to the growth strategy of the brokerage.
• Participate in the long‑term incentive plan, linking payouts to the retained value of your client portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven track record in account management or sales within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to grow a book of business.
• Desire for autonomy, long‑term value creation and a transparent earnings structure.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
