Account Executive – Hospitality Tech Sales

About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join a fast‑growing technology company serving the hospitality sector. Based in Edinburgh, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing, with a strong focus on outbound activities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a self‑sourced pipeline through high‑volume cold calling, targeted email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Conduct product demos, prepare proposals, pricing and ROI analyses, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly MRR quota by managing and converting qualified opportunities.
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding teams and maintain early‑life customer relationships to identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to improve lead quality, routing and attribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality‑tech sales, comfortable managing a full sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.
• High tolerance for rejection and a strong appetite for daily cold‑calling and outbound prospecting.
• Excellent discovery and qualification skills, able to link product benefits to commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of handling objections, negotiating and closing deals efficiently.
• Disciplined use of CRM for forecasting, pipeline management and follow‑up.
