Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for ambitious graduates or high‑achieving individuals to join Bechtle UK as an Account Executive in our London office. You will receive full training and coaching from day one and will quickly become the face of the business for your customers, developing into a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Run your own desk as a mini‑business – take ownership, make decisions and see the impact of your work.
• Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn and creative outreach to build a pipeline from scratch.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, turning opportunities into lasting accounts.
• Collaborate with the growing London team while being supported by a global IT organisation.
• Participate in structured training and ongoing coaching – no prior sales experience required.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Degree or A‑Levels preferred but not essential.

• £27,000 base salary plus commission (OTE £32‑35K in year 1).
• Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) after promotion.
