Account Executive

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing technology business, is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join a high‑performing commercial team. You will own the full sales cycle, engage senior decision‑makers, and help drive the company’s continued expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from discovery meetings to contract closure.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and objectives.
• Deliver product demos and craft compelling commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms, maintain pipeline accuracy, and provide sales forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Growth teams to improve conversion rates.
• Gather market feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Executive or Sales roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly organised with solid commercial acumen.
