Account Executive

About the role

HammerTech is looking for an Account Executive to drive new sales and expand existing client relationships for its construction safety platform. The role combines prospecting, account management and support for the sales team in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through research, inbound leads and relationship building.
• Manage existing accounts to grow revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead the sales phase project and stakeholder management, providing status reports to internal teams and clients.
• Support business administration tasks such as sales reporting and field marketing activities.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• Proven experience in software sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in the construction, building or related industry is preferred.
• Understanding of quality, health, safety or environmental processes is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
