Account Executive – Public Sector Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join a leading financial wellbeing and retirement specialist serving the public sector. Based in Liverpool, you will work closely with an Account Manager to maintain and grow a portfolio of public‑sector clients, delivering seminars and ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve agreed client‑seminar targets.
• Service multiple public‑sector clients simultaneously, meeting agreed deadlines.
• Provide delegates with timely and accurate information.
• Liaise directly with corporate contacts to gather required data.
• Produce data and reports for internal and external use.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a sales environment with set targets.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
• Good knowledge of UK financial services (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
