Account Executive – Real Estate & High Value Property

About the role

This is a Central London Account Executive position focused on the Real Estate and High‑Value Property market. You will work with sophisticated clients who expect expert advice, discretion and a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of real‑estate and high‑value property clients.
• Lead renewal strategies, present recommendations and advise on cover structures.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and win new business.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, professional introducers and key market contacts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the London real‑estate market.
• Confident client‑facing style with solid commercial judgement.
• Ability to discuss complex property arrangements and risk considerations.
• Professional presentation and polished communication skills.
