Account Executive - Start-Up and Early-Stage Scale-Up focus

About the role

Join a specialist team within a Big Four firm to help early‑stage health startups accelerate their growth. You will work directly with ambitious founders, delivering impact from day one while gaining cross‑functional experience under senior mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, including C‑suite and founder‑level stakeholders.
• Drive qualified pipeline growth by identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and hand‑over.
• Deliver consistent revenue performance against KPIs and targets.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across existing and new accounts.
• Motivate, mentor and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Executive in the health or wellbeing sector.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and building strong business relationships.
• Ability to negotiate and execute deals confidently.
• Experience working towards and setting KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and sales intelligence platforms.

• Day rate of £250‑£300 plus commission (inside IR35).
