Account Executive – UK (SaaS/ERP)

About the role

As the Founding Account Executive for the UK, you will lead revenue growth by building strategic relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams. You will help high‑growth companies realize the full potential of Rillet’s AI‑powered ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the GTM playbook, run message tests, perform ROI analyses and experiment with new channels.
• Execute relentlessly by providing front‑line prospect feedback, conducting personalized outreach, and moving opportunities from SQL to signed deal.
• Represent Rillet with high customer empathy, delivering exceptional prospect interactions and deepening domain knowledge in finance and accounting.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of Account Executive experience at a top‑tier SaaS startup, with a proven record of closing complex, multi‑threaded deals.
• Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who can simplify complex concepts and earn executive sponsorship.
• Proactive self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and drives initiatives beyond core responsibilities.
• Trusted product expert and customer advocate who guides clients through evaluation, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Strategic operator who builds pipeline, quantifies business value and drives measurable ROI for clients.
• Detail‑oriented collaborator who provides actionable feedback to internal teams to improve product and process outcomes.
• Previous experience as a Founding Account Executive is a plus.
