Account Handler – Commercial Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an Account Handler to join our North West London insurance broking team. You will work directly with commercial clients, managing a stable book of business and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Handle renewals, mid‑term adjustments and general servicing requests.
• Liaise with insurers to secure terms and negotiate where required.
• Support Account Executives while developing your own client relationships.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met within the insurance framework.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients who value continuity.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Account Handler or in a similar insurance role.
• Good working knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Comfortable communicating with both clients and insurers.
• Organised, steady and able to manage a busy workload.
• Pride in delivering accurate, compliant work.
