Account Handler - Commercial Insurance

About the role

Everywhen, the UK's largest independent insurance broker and part of the Ardonagh Group, is hiring an Account Handler for its commercial insurance business in Bury St Edmunds. The role suits someone experienced in the insurance industry who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service. It is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, hybrid working, and a salary based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients
• Build strong relationships and support clients with their insurance needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport

Required profile

• Experience in the insurance industry is a must
• Positive, proactive attitude and a drive to deliver the best client experience
• Curiosity and willingness to learn; the employer supports qualifications such as CII or ACII
• Confident communication over the phone and face to face
• Collaborative spirit and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity and honesty, essential in a regulated industry
