Account Intelligence Specialist (German speaking)

About the role

This position supports a global technology organisation by providing account intelligence and CRM data management for German‑speaking markets across EMEA. Working in a hybrid model, you will help sales and marketing teams identify opportunities, maintain high‑quality data, and drive targeted outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts and key stakeholders across EMEA, identifying decision‑makers and contacts.
• Gather and maintain company intelligence such as structure, industry, size and initiatives.
• Support account‑based sales activity with high‑quality research and prospect lists.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness across platforms.
• Assist with reporting, basic dashboard creation and sales‑support analytics.
• Generate and qualify leads, building prospect lists using online tools.
• Prepare outreach materials and provide structured intelligence to sales and marketing.
• Perform general sales‑operations and administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) and strong English communication.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Interest in sales operations, data research and commercial support.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other online research tools.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
