Account Manager - 3D POS and 2D Retail Print

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to bring creative ideas to life across retail 2D print and 3D point‑of‑sale (POS) projects for leading beauty, haircare and retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple 3D FSDU and 2D print/POS projects from brief through to delivery.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative briefs for the studio.
• Collaborate with designers and artworkers to develop appropriate solutions.
• Control timelines, budgets, estimates and client expectations.
• Present creative concepts, handle feedback and coordinate revisions.
• Work with internal production teams to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the day‑to‑day contact.

Required profile

• Strong agency account‑management experience, preferably in a creative or production environment.
• Proven experience across both print and 3D POS projects.
• Excellent project‑management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Confident in client‑facing situations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with experience handling budgets and cost estimates.
• Proactive, personable and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
• Print production expertise and colour‑management understanding.

What we offer

• Salary £32,500 – £37,000 per year.
