Account Manager (Beauty & Retail)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to lead a £2m+ P&L for one of our client’s largest beauty and retail brands. Based in our vibrant London office, you will work on a hybrid schedule, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑impact promotional products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day relationship with a key beauty/retail client, acting as the primary contact.
• Manage offshore product development for packaging, gifting, and event activation needs.
• Conduct regular business reviews, both online and in‑person at the client’s Central London headquarters.
• Drive annual sales and margin targets while identifying and fulfilling unique client requirements.
• Collaborate with in‑house creative and purchasing teams and approved suppliers to source high‑value, sustainable products.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, sustainability standards, and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of account management experience, preferably within a creative or promotional environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client spend.
• Experience managing complex projects from brief through development to delivery.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior and junior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
