Account Manager, Brands

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform helps enterprises understand market trends, advertising, and competitor strategies across mobile, web, and gaming. As an Account Manager, Brands you will manage renewals and growth for enterprise brand clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure they extract maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on renewals, upsells, and Net Revenue Retention growth.
• Oversee contract renewals, accelerate the process, mitigate risk, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Own renewal processes including quote creation, Salesforce opportunity maintenance, order forms, forecasting, and signature tracking.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to identify at‑risk accounts and develop renewal strategies.
• Partner with Sales Ops to communicate process challenges and advocate for efficiency improvements.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and lead commercial negotiations with procurement and legal teams.

Required profile

• Willingness to work from the London office three days a week.
• Experience in SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and digital ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage complex SaaS renewals and expansions involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial judgement, including handling pricing objections and balancing customer needs with revenue goals.
• Confidence working with procurement and legal teams to move agreements to signature.
