Account Manager / Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager / Business Development Executive to manage a portfolio of smaller clients and identify new business opportunities for our Central London based Managed Service Provider (MSP). The role sits within a company renowned for its strong reputation, supportive culture and commitment to training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing smaller client accounts.
• Prospect and acquire new clients within the Central London market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Represent the MSP in client meetings and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar account management or business development role within an MSP or IT VAR.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Central London.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
