Account Manager – Debt Recovery (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join a forward‑thinking, people‑focused organisation in Hatfield. The role involves managing a portfolio of B2B client accounts while handling debt recovery activities, with full training provided from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Contact debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS to negotiate payment plans.
• Resolve disputes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain long‑term positive relationships with both clients and debtors.
• Collaborate closely with team members in a supportive environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
