Account Manager - Debt Recovery

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking, people‑focused organisation in Hatfield as an Account Manager specialising in debt recovery. You will receive full, comprehensive training from day one and will manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for both corporate clients and debtors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate client accounts and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Contact debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS to negotiate payment plans.
• Resolve disputes while ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
