Account Manager - DRTV & Offline Media

About the role

All Response Media is looking for an experienced Account Manager or an ambitious Senior Media Executive to join its growing Leeds team. This client-facing role sits within the Offline Media team and offers the chance to manage campaigns, build strong client relationships and deliver measurable results for some of the UK's most well-known brands. The agency manages over £250m of UK and £100m of EU media spend across DRTV, digital, offline and SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
• Support the development of media strategies aligned to client objectives
• Lead regular client calls, meetings and campaign reviews, and identify ways to improve campaign performance
• Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, radio, audio, OOH and print, working with planning and buying teams
• Analyse response data, attribution reporting and performance metrics to improve CPA, response volumes, ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with Digital, SEO and Data Science teams on integrated solutions and support testing and cross-channel planning
• Support and mentor Media Executives and Senior Media Executives, sharing knowledge and best practice

Required profile

• Media agency experience, ideally as an Account Manager or Senior Media Executive
• Experience across offline channels including TV, BVOD, CTV, radio, audio, OOH and print
• Knowledge of TV planning and buying principles
• Experience managing client relationships and campaign delivery
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of campaign performance metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of DRTV metrics such as CPA, CPL, response rates and ROI
• Experience with industry tools such as BARB, YouGov, TGI, AdIntel, MediaOcean and TechEdge
• Strong analytical skills and project management abilities
