Account Manager – Energy Brokerage (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join a growing energy brokerage business. You will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, generating new business opportunities and delivering outstanding service in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, converting enquiries into new business.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly revenue, acquisition and renewal targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities and retain existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide exceptional service.
• Negotiate contracts to maximise account value.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Share market insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong objection handling and closing skills.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management.
• Self‑motivated, commercially aware and target driven.
• Positive, resilient and customer‑focused attitude.
• Team player eager to learn and develop.
