Account Manager – Financial Services

About the role

SBS is seeking an Account Manager to lead and manage the commercial, contractual and relationship aspects of allocated financial‑services clients. The role involves acting as the primary executive‑level contact, ensuring account objectives are met and driving growth through existing and new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client relationship, from retention to expansion.
• Develop and execute account strategies that identify new revenue opportunities.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by promptly addressing issues.
• Collaborate across business lines to deliver client needs and generate net‑new opportunities.
• Lead virtual teams to meet client commitments and influence delivery performance.
