Account Manager – Get Your Car Team

About the role

Carwow is expanding its Get Your Car (New Market) team and is looking for an Account Manager to own relationships with dealer partners. You will become the trusted point of contact for brands, helping them maximise their performance on the Carwow platform while driving growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on assigned brands, understanding their challenges and performance on Carwow.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients via phone and video calls to build lasting relationships.
• Provide performance analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance dealer ROI.
• Lead onboarding and training of new dealerships, ensuring a seamless experience and high retention.
• Own portfolio performance targets, including upselling additional products and services.
• Collaborate closely with the field‑based Partner Success team to execute client strategies effectively.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on relationship building.
• Consultative, creative problem‑solver who tailors solutions to each client’s business.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Collaborative team player who works well with the Partner Success team.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in handling and analysing basic data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing is advantageous, though automotive experience is not required.
