About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing service‑sector business in Bristol. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, building trusted relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including warm referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation at all times.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to guarantee smooth client onboarding.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations and provide clear, accurate information to clients.

Required profile

• Background in administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and exceed performance expectations.
