Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Client Account Manager to build trusted relationships with CPM clients and drive successful campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring service excellence while working across office, field and home environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships through regular performance reviews and meetings.
• Own day‑to‑day account delivery, translating client requirements into actionable plans.
• Identify value‑adding opportunities and support new‑business pitches and tenders.
• Manage project budgets, monitor performance, and meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
• Provide clear project updates and share best practices to improve service efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client services or business development.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Confidence analysing data and shaping recommendations.
• Outstanding presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Power BI (advantageous)

What we offer

• Salary up to £45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
