Account Manager

About the role

Eastwood Park Training Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to work as part of our Sales team. You will work with a defined group of customers to grow revenue and profitability by maximising opportunities from new courses and updates, filling all places on courses for the in‑centre portfolio and promoting onsite training opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow revenue with a defined group of customers.
• Maximise opportunities from new courses, updates and fill all places on in‑centre courses.
• Promote onsite training opportunities and attend exhibitions nationwide.
• Attend client meetings alongside colleagues and travel as required.

Required profile

• Experience in sales and/or account management.
• Exposure to M&E clients, universities, NHS, councils or similar sectors (ideal but not essential).
• Excellent communication and confident telephone manner.
• Strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, think on your feet and consult on client needs.
• Identify revenue opportunities across market sectors and build long‑term relationships through consultative selling.
