Account Manager – Luxury Interiors

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join the Export Sales team of a renowned luxury interiors brand. Based in London, you will act as the brand ambassador across global markets, managing relationships with international agents and distributors while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Present and champion brand collections, showroom environments, and exclusive events to international partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to introduce new collections, deliver product training, and deepen commercial relationships.
• Manage and develop a network of global agents, distributors, and trading partners for long‑term growth.
• Ensure seamless alignment between external partners and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reporting, including sales forecasting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Export Sales on strategy development and execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) to a professional standard.
• Proven experience in luxury interiors, textiles, or a related premium sector.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical capability.
• Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented and results‑focused.
• Natural relationship‑builder with a genuine dedication to client service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Passion for design and the interiors world.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including forecasting and data analysis.
