Account Manager – Mechanical Services (Hybrid)

About the role

This full‑time Account Manager position is based in High Wycombe and offers hybrid working. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio of Mechanical Services contractor accounts across the South East, delivering high‑quality service and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing Mechanical Services contractor accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, margin and market share.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular customer meetings both on‑site and remotely.
• Monitor market activity and competitor movements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
• Support new business opportunities where appropriate.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, internal sales, business development or technical sales.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a commercial environment.
• Commercially driven mindset with strong communication skills.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for record‑keeping and pipeline management.
