Account Manager New Sales Clinical Solutions

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth across white‑space accounts.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers, working closely with sales colleagues to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with internal teams to ensure effective delivery and strong client relationships.
• Monitor and report on performance, providing clear, regular updates to clients and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in consultative selling within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Strong sales and negotiation capability with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with structured solution‑selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller Heiman.
• Strategic, highly organised thinker able to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.
