Account Manager – Peritoneal Dialysis (South East England)

About the role

Vantive is looking for an Account Manager to champion its peritoneal dialysis portfolio across South East England. You will act as the primary liaison between Vantive and NHS strategic partners, helping to improve patient outcomes through innovative renal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the value of peritoneal dialysis to divisional and senior NHS stakeholders.
• Present clinical, financial and operational data to support decision‑making.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with national strategy.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by delivering superior service and differentiating solutions.
• Educate healthcare professionals on safe and effective use of Vantive products.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing and driving sales in a complex hospital environment.
• Strong knowledge of the tender management process, from pre‑tender activity to post‑tender follow‑up.
• Excellent individual and group selling skills with the ability to negotiate transparent pricing.
• Collaborative team player who drives a culture of shared best practice.
• Adaptable and positive attitude in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
